Basic room with kingsize bed and balcony on the ground floor.
Every room has a shower, WC, hairdryer and makeup mirror.
Wellness bag with fluffy bathrobe and sauna towel is provided.

Weekly prices
Weekly rates are valid from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
We would like to point out that during certain seasonal periods or public holidays, single nights cannot be offered or can only be offered with surcharges.
Children’s discount
With two full-paying guests, you can enjoy the following discounts for each child staying in their parents' room:
- up to 2,99 years old: - 80 %
- up to 13,99 years old: - 50 %
- Over 14 years old: -30 %
Dogs/pets
Bringing small dogs is allowed and we charge 20€ per day without food.
Please bring a dog basket and/or a dog blanket. However, we ask for your understanding that four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining, wellness, and lounge areas.
Please let us know if you plan to travel with your pet.
In the following room categories dogs are allowed:
Comfort Zimmer, Juniorsuite See- und Alpenrose, Panorama Zimmer und Family Suite Classic.
Visitor’s tax
In addition to the total price listed, 2.30 € per person and day (from 14 years old and up) will be charged locally for the municipal residence tax (visitor's tax).
Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival should take place by 6 p.m., otherwise we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone.
In case of early departure or late arrival, 80% of the amount for the agreed period will be charged.
Reservation
Your booking is considered binding as soon as you have received a written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax, or post.
Deposit
For firm reservations, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price.
Cancellation policy
All bookings already made and future bookings with arrival dates up to and including 30 June 2021 can be postponed or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival if you cannot reach us due to official restrictions because of the Covid pandemic. Otherwise, we do not charge any cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the holiday. 3 months to 1 month before arrival we keep the deposit and from 1 month before the start of your holiday, we charge 80% of the agreed price. In case of no-shows or early departure, 80% of the booking price will be charged.
Payment methods
The invoice can ideally be paid in cash. You are also welcome to pay the bill by EC debit or credit card (Visa, CartaSi, and Mastercard). Groups can pay by bank transfer.
